Device service
Check-ups are free. We quote a price before work begins and do not proceed without your yes. If we cannot help, you owe nothing for the attempt. Our work carries a 12-month warranty on the parts we install and our labor; it does not cover new damage, liquid exposure afterward, or unrelated faults. Back up your device before any service; we are not responsible for data. Devices not collected within 60 days of notice may be treated as abandoned.
Buying your device
Offers are final once we inspect the device at the counter. You confirm you own the device and have the right to sell it; we may ask for ID and record the serial or IMEI. Devices reported lost or stolen are not purchased.
Devices we sell
Pre-owned devices are tested and restored before sale and sold with our warranty against hardware faults for the stated term. Carrier compatibility is disclosed at sale.
