How long does phone work take?
Most phone screens and batteries are done the same day, often in under an hour. Tablets can take longer because the screen adhesive needs time to cure.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome all day. If you want to be sure your part is on the shelf, call first.
Is the check-up really free?
Yes. We look at it, tell you what is wrong and what it costs, and you decide. If we cannot help, you owe nothing.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Genuine parts carry a 12-month warranty, and every used device we sell carries a 90-day warranty.
Can you help a water-damaged phone?
Yes. We open it, clean the board and connectors, and do everything we can to bring it back and keep your data.
What devices do you buy?
Phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches and game consoles. New, used or broken. We pay cash on the spot after checking the device at the counter.
What do you sell?
Tested used phones and tablets with a 90-day warranty. Stock changes daily; the current list and prices are on the price list.
Can you unlock my phone or get into my account?
No. We work on the hardware. Carrier unlocks go through the carrier and account recovery goes through Apple or Google.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday 12 to 4 PM.
